Phone call with HR then sent me a hotel assessment to test my knowledge in SEO. After I submitted it, arranged an face to face interview with HR and SEO lead. Interview was standard. After the interview, the HR sent me an email with grammar mistake and that is fine, people make mistake. But after I brought up the salary question and I was surprised that the company paid less than 55k (this is NYC). Even more surprised, she just never respond my email after I requested a bit more $. HR showed her unprofessionalism while I asked her what kind of package the position offered. The HR told me that these info can be found in their website!

I was approached via LinkedIn even though I have no profile build out on LinkedIn. I sent my resume to a business email to make sure it was legitimate request. They had 13 postings on their website for all sorts of digital roles and they really want you to write case studies for free, you know like comp work, before the hiring manager will even consider your resume.
