      The one positive aspect is that they offer competitive pay.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional and inappropriate with employees. There are threats and talk about getting rid of employees with no notice. They pretend to care and have concern at times, but in all actuality they have very little of either. If you want to work somewhere that gossip runs rampant and that your job is not secure, this company would be a fit. The negativity and lack of care is detrimental. The expectation of employees to put their job before family and self is evident at this company.

The job often requires travel, which might make work-life balance a challenge for some. Troubleshooting advanced medical equipment can be complex and demands constant learning to stay on top of things. There are also occasional frustrations with vendor communication or support delays, which can add to the pressure.
