Pros
The NextStep team is friendly and supportive and the hiring process and interview process were professional and easy. I worked with the company’s staffing team, PAC Group, at first and they made sure all of my questions about the onboarding process were answered. Patrick (Recruiter) and Shearry (Human Resources), were extremely friendly and supportive and continue to be supportive a year after being hired on the team. NextStep has great benefits and continues to grow. I feel really fortunate to work for this company and hope to do so far into the future.
