Great culture with outstanding talent and collaboration, big plans with major funding to start to support those plans at least at the start
Cons
Lacking focus and killer instinct to drive to near term revenue. The bid dream plans were too broad without a credible action plan to execute. The great recession hit hard on cash without revenue.
