Pros
The individual contributors and insurance are great.
Cons
Despite being in the industry for more than 25 years, the company often operates like a startup. There is frequent reorganization, recurring layoffs, and employees are often expected to take on roles that differ significantly from the positions they were originally hired for, often without consultation. Leadership tends to be highly reactive, resulting in shifting priorities and goals that can change almost monthly.
