If by 'fighting' for compensation, that means we ask our staff to ensure they are doing the necessary research to understand their skill sets and what the employment market is for those positions, then yes, that is what we do. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your time here, it always sucks for me to read these kinds of reviews because it's the OPPOSITE of the experience which I want our staff to have here and the culture that we've been building. A culture of self-direction, autonomy, fair compensation and opportunities for professional advancement.
