Pros
ICs are really talented but the cons are too many to stay or even consider this place
Cons
- You cannot voice your opinion, you are expected to say yes to everything the CEO puts forward. Nobody feels like they can be honest. -I believe the former CMO quit in under 3 months, the Head of Partnerships quit, and the CRO was fired overnight (oh they fire all the time) - a red flag that higher-ups are leaving/forced out in short spurts - The general strategy is "fire and re-hire" instead of looking to understand what is the root problem - If none of this helps steer you away - there is no real HR department.
