      Work from home!! That is the only advantage!!

      Cons

      - No product market fit at all. It's one of those products which is not a need. Just a glorified DLP with limited capabilities - Very high micro-management and no room to fail or experiment. You need to be a yes man and agree to everything that's shoved on you - You will be fired without notice. The sales team fell from 14 to 4 in less than a year. - Failing product and failing company with a lack of vision and respect for employees

      Pros

      Although management seems fairly new and chaotic, there's a beauty to the chaos. From what I've experienced management and leadership are extremely open minded
