Pros

casual dress and discounts on meat. flexible work schedule. The office is centrally located in Almeda and there is plenty of free parking.

Cons

Nothing within walking distance so you'll need a car. Employees don't work together and some people like to throw others under the bus to protect thier own interests.

Pros

I love working for Niman Ranch because people are welcoming and work hard. A lot is expected of you, but there is always someone who will help you if you ask.

Cons

The biggest drawback for me is on processes for changes. It feels like any new change everyone has to drop what they are doing and focus on that thing.

Pros

Strong foundation. Amazing teammates. Mission driven. Focused. Truly supports a network of hard working, traditional U.S. farmers and ranchers. Sustainability focused. Driven by animal welfare and best tasting product. Visionary leaders. Autonomy. No idea is too big.

Cons

Hard work. Committed people are driven and you need to be in for the purpose. Must think outside of the box (that can be a pro too). Don't expect to be a paper pusher.
