      There is none, there is none, zero.

      Cons

      The worst place to work, they are dishonest, racist, they treat animals in an inhumane way, there is no such thing as "raised with care" garbage of human beings and don't bother to talk to human resources or management because things don't they are going to improve.

      Pros

      I love working for Niman Ranch because people are welcoming and work hard. A lot is expected of you, but there is always someone who will help you if you ask.

      Cons

      The biggest drawback for me is on processes for changes. It feels like any new change everyone has to drop what they are doing and focus on that thing.

      Pros

      They allowed pretty good flexibility and had good fringe benefits. Clothing. Decent coworkers until you went up the ladder.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations and did not support options for personal improvement. Some senior management is detached. I hated their marketing. I felt that much of it was not truthful or was intentionally misleading. Pay was average. Semi-fair, not exceptional.
