Pros
The people are genuinely good to work with and many colleagues support each other despite the challenges. Remote working is also a positive.
Cons
Management is the problem.
The culture is built around pressure, blame and constantly changing expectations. Targets move, commission structures change, priorities change, and employees are expected to simply accept it without question.
Support is talked about far more than it is delivered. Concerns are ignored, feedback is unwelcome and challenging decisions is often viewed as being negative rather than constructive.
There is a clear disconnect between leadership and the reality experienced by employees. Staff are expected to absorb the impact of poor planning, missed deadlines and changing business decisions while continuing to perform under increasing pressure. Accept bullying and patronising and to do as you’re told.
Turnover is exceptionally high, yet little appears to change. People leave, the same issues remain, and management continues to act surprised by the outcome - when they were the ones who turn staff on eachother and push people out.
There is very little transparency, very little accountability and even less consistency. Expectations are high, support is low and recognition is almost non existent.
The company talks about growth, culture and opportunity, but the day to day experience often feels very different.
Staff are kept quite and if you mention something you disagree with you’re brought into a ‘offline’ call to be told off by management.
Staff update calls are put in place to be a blame game & patronise others on the call my management.
Good people continue to leave or forced to leave to hide managements mistakes. That should tell you everything you need to know.
