Smart and talented colleagues - The team is filled with experienced professionals who are supportive and collaborative. Strong product suite - Nintex has a well-established platform with wide adoption and a lot of potential for innovation, especially in the automation and process intelligence space. Remote flexibility - Good work-life balance with remote work opportunities and understanding leadership in most departments. Growth opportunities - There's room to grow internally if you're proactive and vocal about your goals.

Cons

Communication silos – Cross-team communication can sometimes be lacking, especially across global regions. Transparency from leadership – Some high-level decisions feel top-down with limited context shared with the broader team. Legacy baggage – Parts of the platform are built on older frameworks which can slow down modernization efforts, though this is improving.
