Pros

- NoRedInk is a great product and teachers do use and enjoy this. It's wonderful to be part of a mission-driven company where egos are set aside and everyone truly collaborates - The people who work here are smart, kind, and eager to help. You can learn a lot from teammates and colleagues in other teams. - Good pay & benefits

Cons

- The CEO is controlling and wants to be involved in everything. There are times when you should trust the people you hire to do their jobs as this is what they specialize in. He does not and is stubborn and inflexible when approached about changes or improvements. - The company claims to be a family, but families do not do annual layoffs for multiple years running. There's a reason for this and for the mass exodus taking place.

Pros

NoRedInk has a supportive, collaborative, and hands-on work culture. The salaries are good, the benefits are great, and the coworkers are very fun!

Cons

The company has big plans for the future and sometimes they don’t communicate with everyone the vision.

Pros

Over the past two years, NRI has gone through meaningful change, and it truly feels like we’re on the brink of something great. The team is deeply committed to the product and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we’re delivering the best possible experience. There’s a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with unlimited PTO that’s genuinely encouraged, and it’s incredibly fulfilling to be part of a mission that’s making a positive impact on students’ lives.

Cons

Pushing changes can be challenging and often takes a long time to implement improvements.
