It's wonderful to be part of a mission-driven company where egos are set aside and everyone truly collaborates - The people who work here are smart, kind, and eager to help. You can learn a lot from teammates and colleagues in other teams. - Good pay & benefits
Cons
- The CEO is controlling and wants to be involved in everything. There are times when you should trust the people you hire to do their jobs as this is what they specialize in. He does not and is stubborn and inflexible when approached about changes or improvements. - The company claims to be a family, but families do not do annual layoffs for multiple years running. There's a reason for this and for the mass exodus taking place.
