-Lasting friendships with colleagues -Opportunities to learn resilience -Not all departments experienced the same level of toxicity

-Supervisors encourage bullying and harassment -Advancement based on favoritism, not merit -Lack of resources and support for growth -Employees deliberately pitted against one another -Exclusion of qualified individuals who didn’t “start from the bottom”
