      Pros

      Nice environment, almost never hostile. Everyone well mannered, polite, and mostly professional. Decent benefits. Family friendly.

      Cons

      Base salaries and bonus structure very poor. also frequent layoffs in recent years and more and more corporate attitude of just placating stock holders with little regard to employees. Great divide between haves (those who have been there for 30+ years and upper management) and have-nots (everyone else).
