      -great hands-on experience with children and teens who are on the autism spectrum -great training and on-boarding experience -great supervisor, great friendly team

      Cons

      having more individual and team check-ins with co-workers would be great but the communication and supervisors/team members are easily accessible so it's still a great experience.

      supportive management, flexible case loads - nothing mandatory unless it is mutually agreed good fit, great pay rates and full benefits at 30hrs/week

      Cons

      job can get isolating as only nurse on the case in a household but they strive to make sure you are in the right fit before committing
