Always tough to read a harsh review. As the CPO I take responsibility for the vision, style and approach of the people team. I would hope that we are not stuck in the middle ages, but rather are open minded and progressive. I apologise if our approach to EDI is embarrassing as we pay attention to it and it is important to us. We get positive feedback from Nousers on our inclusive culture and the continued improvement around this important aspect of work and society, while recognising that we can always be better and that the world doesn't sit still so we must be open to ongoing improvement and change. We will keep working at it.
- Limited available sectors
- Low pay relative to all except Big 4 and few small consulting firms. No longer competitive with government positions.

Thank you for your review. Our value proposition is interesting work that delivers positive influence, working alongside great people where you can learn quickly and have fun. Our market positioning for remuneration is more aligned with the Big 4 than the MBB (McKinsey, Boston, Bain).
