I am really sorry to hear that you are not enjoying your experience at Nous, and that in particular you are not feeling supported by HR (or as we call it, the People Team). We take feedback from these reviews seriously and will be exploring your concerns further so we can take appropriate action. We’re sorry that your employee experience is at odds with the experience enjoyed by the majority of Nousers. We pride ourselves on being as a recognised Great Place to Work (based on employee feedback) and we focus our effort to ensure that all Nousers feel comfortable raising concerns directly with the People Team or via alternate channels, such as Performance Coaches, Office Leads or directly to the Managing Director. The bullying allegations are especially concerning and we’ll respond to these to maintain a safe workplace.
