Pros
Safety is important on the floor. Free popcorn on fridays. Stable job with decent pay and benefits. Long breaks for the holidays for automotive shutdowns. Hard working, honest people on the floor. Some really good and kind people sprinkled in here. Learned a lot from this job about automotive and life.
Cons
A lot of the male bosses look down on females. The engineers disrespect and talk down to workers. They have had a lot of people quit because of it. President of the company disrespected a woman and told her to get on her knees and beg for her job back because she wasn't worth the pay. Corporate does not care about its employees.
