      Great Mission but that is the only thing that holds employees.

      Cons

      Poor management; cliquey; pay less than average; benefits are ok but lacking. The culture needs to be changed - if so, then it would be a great place to work due to its mission.

      The comp is reasonably good.

      Cons

      The company culture is strange. Drama at every turn, this company is a revolving door of employees with people constantly quitting, being fired or RIF-ed. The work environment is toxic.
