Needs an HR department - Anonymous employee Novocure Employee Review

This company needs an HR department. You can never locate them, they don’t return emails, no one knows where they work (do they have desks somewhere?) everyone including managers are scared to report anything to them because they cover everything up for readership (marital affairs, harassment, directors being drunk at work etc) and tells them who said what. We then face retaliation and they start trying to get us to quit. They are never in office. I’ve been here for years and couldn’t tell you once of there names. No one even knows what they do besides conduct layoffs and payroll. They just rolled out a new company to do our payroll and gave us little instruction and won’t respond to our questions. I thought their big new boss was gonna clean it up. The last zoom meeting I saw them in they told us we needed to develop ourselves. We thought we were getting HR but all they do is training and refuse to help us even though they actually get to work with HR. I just need someone whose job it is to care about employees. I can’t even find an employee handbook. Come on people.
