Pros
Nice new office; really cool innovation; remote working options (although now those are going to all be going away)
Cons
I had a gut feeling to not take this job offer...and I really should have listened to it. I know that there are groups within the company where teams functional well and have good leadership -- but from my experience and what I know of others, its really rare. It was in another review here on Glassdoor, but high school clique is spot on. And really even if you feel like you may have gotten into a nice core group, do not trust anyone. As genuine as it may seem to be, it is fake. People will be so kind to you and then trash you behind your back. Large layoff at the end of 2023 weeks after the c-level said there would be no layoffs. Fast forward into 2024 and the execs are still going to pricey dinners and some departments waste a crazy amount of their budget on things that are not needed. There are also people who head up functions/departments who have no career experience in that area, it's crazy. There is also really no professional development/career growth opportunity or diversity, so if those are important to you, you will not find it here. It's a tough job market, so if you have been unemployed for awhile and really NEED it, for sure take the offer. But if you are able to be choosy...this place is not worth any amount they may offer.
