Pros

Flexible schedule depending on who your manager is. But all startups offer the same flexibility and more, so not really a pro

Cons

All of it. - Too many arrogant heads that happen to be close friends and cover up for each others incapacity. Struggling to grow and scale, management doesn't know how to handle it. In over their heads, nothing seems to happen and/or to move quick enough. False promises and announcements. A complete waste of time. - Employees are under appreciated and treated as replaceable and inferior to the upper level management. Career growth and raises are not even considered, and certainly not an option. - Lacks diversity (on every level) - Cheapest company I have ever worked for. Very stingy about the littlest of things. - Walk away. You are better off unemployed.

Pros

I am writing this review exactly 1 year after I was hired. My first job was a startup before I moved to a big hardware company and worked for 10 years. Then I was hired by Numerify upon a recommendation from a friend. I couldn't be happier. I am passionate about helping my customer, I am passionate about BI and data, I am passionate about analyzing and finding cool ways to present information. Nothing satisfies me more than watching the customer go 'Wow' or 'This is exactly what we want'. Numerify lets me do ALL the above. I get to work remote, there is flexibility when it comes to hours (My manager doesn't care where I work from or when I work as long as my clients are happy). This speaks to how mature the organization is in that, they treat you like an adult.

Cons

Having come from a Fortune 100 company I still think Numerify lacks standard processes/procedures that helps move things along. They're definitely getting better at it but as with any start up internal processes/procedures are just 'winged'.
