Pros

Well what can be said about pros? Lots of fake reviews should tell you the pros if you are desperately looking for some

Cons

This company has a delivery team that you should avoid... they only have favourites that do well in this team. All others are treated like crap. They use high salaries to retain people. Dont' bother unless you want to get good at blaming others or getting good at politics. They keep promising change but after two months of a change being promised nothing changed... same old crap. Like other reviewers said, even if you dont have any other offer, dont bother joining this delivery team.

Skip the interview – bad culture, under appreciated employees

Pros

Flexible schedule depending on who your manager is. But all startups offer the same flexibility and more, so not really a pro

Cons

All of it. - Too many arrogant heads that happen to be close friends and cover up for each others incapacity. Struggling to grow and scale, management doesn't know how to handle it. In over their heads, nothing seems to happen and/or to move quick enough. False promises and announcements. A complete waste of time. - Employees are under appreciated and treated as replaceable and inferior to the upper level management. Career growth and raises are not even considered, and certainly not an option. - Lacks diversity (on every level) - Cheapest company I have ever worked for. Very stingy about the littlest of things. - Walk away. You are better off unemployed.

Only if you're desperate and keep looking once you get there

Pros

- The work isn't difficult because it is given to you in extreme specificity. - If you don't go against the grain then it's a pretty easy place to be because not much is expected.

Cons

- The senior management is terrible. They are in over their heads with out enough experience in their roles. - The management is fake. They never admit to doing anything wrong and they try and sell terrible mistakes and misplays as positive things. - There is a palpable miasma when you walk in the door. Most of the employees there are unhappy. - Their idea of culture and moral improvement is to float the idea of giving gym passes to everyone and then not following through with that. - The company is cheap. They value saving money over doing a good job. - The company outlook is poor. They can't get traction and call the flailing they are doing as "pivoting" - The company is full of issues that was brought with them from Oracle, such as too much process, too little cross team interaction and too many warring factions - The company is management heavy which leads to a lot of unnecessary overhead that slows down work
