Executive Leadership - very poor ground-level management. Major decisions affecting day to day business are consistently made at the executive level without any apparent consideration for the general populous. As a publicly traded company, the bottom line is often all that seems to be considered. There is quite a bit of disconnect from the top down, and that is a very observable problem to general employees, even into mid-management.
As a staff accountant, I could see the disconnect. At the supervisory level, it's even more apparent.
