      Pros

      Nutrien has been a fantastic work experience so far! Leadership lives by the values of Safety and Integrity and the engagement principles of community, inclusion, innovation and performance. I'm really glad I made the move over to Nutrien.

      There is work in motion in a couple key areas : 1. Consistency across all business lines when it comes to procedures and training 2. Increasing diversity in hiring

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
