Pros

Free gym membership. Okay co workers. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I would give negative stars if possible!

Cons

Horrible compensation. No organization. No communication. Management doesn't talk to each other so you never know who to listen to. They don't require anyone working in the childcare facility to have CPR training or background checks. Working with infants with no training is crazy. Unsafe child to babysitter ratios. Parents beware! You'll either get someone with experience who loves children or someone who doesn't care at all. All around this place is not okay. Good luck to anyone looking to work or work out here. Do your self a favor and stay away.. far far away!

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your experience with us did not meet your standards, or our standards. As we work to improve processes and trainings, we are also working to systemize regular CPR/AED/First Aid trainings for all team members. In health, thank you again.

Pros

Great atmosphere, supportive management, and ability to grow professionally.

Cons

Not many downsides. The only reason I left was because I was moving with my partner - I was very sad to leave.

Pros

Free gym membership Flexible schedule (for the most part)

Cons

The pay is extremely low especially after taking away salary. I have found myself in a situation where I had to choose between seeing a doctor or being able to afford groceries that week. They really should be giving trainers a base salary plus commission. The standard of living is way too high to survive on a low commission rate. The benefits were also terrible. You don't make enough to have a 401K so don't get your hopes up for that. The insurance was bad and I only received 10 days of PTO per year that I couldn't take because I was afraid to lose the money I would have made off of commission (which was more than I would have received if I had used my PTO). They don't seem to care about the well-being of their employees. Equipment breaks often and does not get fixed quickly. The AC has been out in my gym for 2 months and they seem to be twiddling their thumbs. Members complain daily about it.
