Worst place I have ever worked. - Anonymous employee O2 Media Employee Review

O2 Media/BrandStar is amazing place to work. The management team has years of experience, rewards their employees (with cars, trips, and bonuses), are very passionate about advancing the company, and truly believe in #O2Spirit/#BrandStarSpirt. They also care about employees health and offer free fitness programs to all employees and also reward them for their dedication to improving their fitness levels. Everyone is extremely caring and eager to help fellow employees when called upon. It's a blessing to work here.

No direct deposit, limited paid days off (but employees are allowed to take unpaid time off), and no 401k. Some of the programs we use are dated.

Everyone who works here is professional and friendly. I never had any problems when I worked here, and if I did they were definetely my fault to begin with. If you are in the "production assistant" position, it is great if you are cut out for that kind of work. Everyone I knew while I was working there seemed happy and satisfied. The people are fun, caring, and they do their best to make you feel like a part of the team. I had some troubles personally while I was working here and they were very compassionate.

I sat here for a minute trying to think of one but I absolutley couldnt do it. I am not paid to write this review, this is my actual opinion of this place. They hired me and helped me get back to the real world when no one else would.
