Pros
People are generally nice. Easy to move up the corporate ladder as they are many incompetent staff around which allows you to shine if you can bring in new ideas.
Cons
No growth. Better to join Cofely, Sodexo or one of the most established FM companies. Cronyism at its best. Managers hire incompetent friends, ex-colleagues to join the company which brings the company down. Company core values is just a front as a pitch to potential customers. A lot of employees do not behave according to core values, especially senior management.
