Pros
There was a time when you could make very good money including bonuses and spiffs for the salespeople. Worked for a great Manager who I learned a lot from.
Cons
"Boiler room" mentality on the sales floor. General lack of communication across departments. High employee turnover rate particularly in the sales department.
