      Pros

      The pay is very well and the call center atmosphere is pretty good because everyone usually gets along. The office culture is not too conservative.

      Cons

      There is no room for advancement from the call center. There are too many applicants for one position. Management often side with customers and violate policy so makes it very inconsistent.

      Great, kind coworkers Family-friendly Smart, often exceptionally accomplished staff Good work life balance--especially for an attorney

      It's government pay. You're working decent hours and that comes with a pay cut.
