Pros
We were a tightly-knit small group of passionate and highly motivated people that worked hard to make every project succeed. While it was difficult at times, I don't regret much while working here.
Cons
The company resources were split between the los angeles offices and our main location headquartered in vancouver. Sometimes it was difficult to coordinate between the two when time was of the essence.

Pros
If you really want to work at a game company and/or are a large masochist.
Cons
Management generally has no idea what they are doing. Everyone was working on furlough for a at least a year. (A large paycut). Upper management makes some terrible decisions when it comes to deciding what games to contract and what not to take. To the point it almost bankrupted the company and 75% of the employees had to leave.
Marketing had no idea what they were doing. They pushed to keep themselves off of steam because they were scared of losing customers.
These days employees have to involve a lot of their time to the company because there are only a few employees who contribute anything of any value. You'll end up having to work some weekend shifts.
I don't see any hope for this to change as they still do not know what they are doing and they keep repeating their mistakes for a few years now.
I am pretty sure they are doing some illegal things too with how they are operating their company. I just don't think I am allowed to say it here. Also, on that note, they screwed up their taxes for everyone so everyone now owes the government money.
