      Pros

      Great work life balance. Decent compensation.

      Cons

      Old fashioned. Restrictions on career development if not Austrian. Think they are massive (they are in Austria) they are not outside. Dealt with staff redundancies dreadfully during oil crisis. Treated ex-pat staff awfully. Blame mentality at company.
