ORTEC is a great place to start your career. The people and the culture is the best. There are lots of opportunities for social events and connecting with your colleagues outside daily work. Because it’s an international and quite big company, there are often many opportunities to job rotate and grow in different roles.
Cons
Depending on the team, you can be very dependent on the type of projects that come in. This may mean you may the lack opportunity to develop yourself in a way that fits your ambitions, for example because you are required to do work that you’re good at but not necessarily like. The culture in The Netherlands is really good, but that may be different in other locations.
