Pros
Laid-back culture, mostly nice employees, central location, solid product.
Cons
Atlanta leadership often seemed out of their depth, confused, and even incompetent at times. Inability to hire and retain top talent, despite an excellent product. Uninspiring office culture. Perks like catered lunches, free snacks, and company sporting events seemed to mask core problems with building a cohesive team. Employees more often than not seemed unwilling to go to bat for one another. Internal communications were very poor and HR was worst I have seen by a long shot.
