8yWe are truly sorry to hear about your frustrations. The Managing Partners pride themselves on ensuring that their company is the top in the industry, but even more so, they understand the value of their employees and want to confirm that they are happy and excited to be here. We have experienced growing pains which is normal for a company expanding at the pace we have recently. We are adding more office space for our teams, onboarding talented employees every week to regulate the workload, and we are scheduling check-ins with our employees to allow them an opportunity to express their concerns in order for us to make appropriate changes as quickly as possible.
