      Pros

      The owners go away on long, expensive vacations and so do the Senior Management. That's when sanity prevails.

      Cons

      The Mgmt after nearly 20 years of being in business still act like they are trying to figure out how to do business in America. They do not fit in and do not know what they are doing. Poorly qualified. They make up a lot of tall stories and there is constant chaos and aggression that is uncalled for. They say one thing, the media says something totally different. Why a company needs to have been investigated repeatedly for over a decade is strange.

      Pros

      Starting with the staff, very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and I keep going on and on. I worked with OST for approximately 3 1/2 years with no worries. Great place to work.

      Cons

      When my contract ended there were no other positions that I could have been placed in, this is because OST is a great place to work. turnover is very low.
