I have been working at OST full-time

    Pros

I enjoy working with the people here. Everyone is very helpful and always willing to lend a hand. It's a great place to get working experience when you're just starting out and are nervous about life in the workplace.

    Cons

Training for new hires or just new positions within the company can be lacking. You have to hit the ground running and learn as you go. And they often change so many little things having to do with HR. It gets confusing.

I have been working at OST full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Most of the employees are nice enough.

    Cons

Management is either hands off or micro manages. No good balance. Employees are treated like a number. Process them in and process them out mentality.

    Advice to Management

Get more in touch with your employees. This starts with senior management.

I worked at OST full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Constant entertainment to watch employees getting hosed by management

    Cons

Some people will cheat at a card game at a family gathering--many of them are the owners of OST. Why? Because winning by cheating is thought to win twice--1)winning, 2) and, getting away with telling a lie.
If everyone is promised a bonus, and no one gets paid a bonus--especially sales people for winning new work--then the owners win big--keep the money and get away with the lie.

    Advice to Management

Keep owning the company until no one will fall for the lies. Besides, you have already cheated customers and employees sufficiently that you have enough money to retire. Why not continue to have some fun by cheating others?
