      Interesting projects and career growth opportunities. Ability to accelerate career at own pace by being exposed to various customer projects and internal OST strategic initiatives. Great support from managers (open door policy and on-going support); Investment in people with training (CMMI Level 5, Agile, Cloud, Growth, etc...); Energetic executive leadership; Flexiblity on some projects to work remotely. Team building activities.

      Pros

      Starting with the staff, very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and I keep going on and on. I worked with OST for approximately 3 1/2 years with no worries. Great place to work.

      Cons

      When my contract ended there were no other positions that I could have been placed in, this is because OST is a great place to work. turnover is very low.
