      Pros

      I came from a cut throat industry and it had been refreshing being in a positive atmosphere. Everyone is cool and we all help each other out. The pay is competitive and the hours are nice.

      Cons

      Nothing major. You won't get business class for any international flights, but I can't think of any big cons.

      Pros

      Starting with the staff, very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and I keep going on and on. I worked with OST for approximately 3 1/2 years with no worries. Great place to work.

      Cons

      When my contract ended there were no other positions that I could have been placed in, this is because OST is a great place to work. turnover is very low.
