      Pros

      Salary is good. Work- Life balance. Nice opportunity to learn for freshers. Very flexible and employees take full advantage. I have seen some people working for only 5-6 hours and getting full day attendance.

      Cons

      Nothing as such...A bit of politics...totally depends on team.
