Business Outlook
Pros
The company has matured and become more structured in the years that I’ve been here. Overall, my role feels more stable and I can better commit myself to other aspects outside of my pre-defined roll. The company is doing amazing when it comes to handling the pandemic and working from home.
Cons
It has become more corporate over the years, but I believe that happens to any company once it starts to gain more experience and stability.
