Pros
Leadership is great. Exec team is the best I have ever worked for. Everyone at the company really embodies the values that leadership pushes. It is a very flexible work environment as well. They give you great swag and keep you well fed. Benefits are great as well.
Cons
Product is still in a place that is a nice to have and often falls victim to the SaaS effect when big companies start to slim down spend.
