- The mission and its relevance to local communities around the world. - Great legal and grassroots teams that are hardworking and dedicated to the mission.
Cons
- Organization acomplishes very little toward its mission objectives, and lacks a cohesive vision across international offices. - In my 25 year career, this was the worst organizational culture I've ever experienced. Never have I been treated so poorly as an employee. - Leadership, in particular the CEO, were constantly dishonest, having teams work against each other, and contantly playing games rather than promoting a collaborative, authentic, and genuine decision making process. - Pay inequality is clear, and little to no transparency over many of leadership's decisions, both policy and administrative. - Many 'legacy' staff are protected and have been promoted far beyond the capablities and the organization refuses to do what needs to be done, and keeps the orginal team members on the rolls because they are friends.
