Pros
-Flexible PTO but depends on your manager -Allows you freedom to design, build, test, and learn especially for the robotic designs -All the engineers were nice and willing to lend a hand -Free snacks
Cons
-They promote themselves as a space company but they focus 90% of their attention on their terrestrial mining projects. So don't get fooled that you are working on cutting edge space projects because you'll end up working on a mining robot -Management is a joke. They don't have area expertise in all the domains that they were trying to manage from robotics to space -Some managers were completely remote and distant from the work getting done. This allowed some people to never show up and always be late on their work. -They do not have a coherent business road map so projects just felt rushed, and when they were complete just went nowhere -Executive management doesn't listen to the senior leadership below them, thinking they know best which typically leads everyone to a worse place -Overall, highly dysfunctional
