Pros
The industry is extremely innovative and constantly changing. I am very challenged in my role and get excited as I work directly with top brands, retailers, agencies, etc. We hit on all the top buzzwords in the industry and have a real purpose in the marketing and commerce space. The office is beautiful and is located in a prime spot.
Cons
The leadership is lacking and there is not much of an infrastructure. No formal review process or consistency in accountability and rewarding good vs bad behavior. For a company that is 5+ years old and works with some major brands and retailers, the product has not evolved much. It does not seem that people's opinions matter or that leadership has their finger on the pulse of what is actually occurring with in their own walls.
