Pros
Fast-paced culture, constantly looking to improve product and processes to better serve customers. If you have big ideas, they're encouraged and you have the autonomy to make things happen. Work/life balance is great and the people that work there are some of the nicest I've ever had to pleasure of working with. The office is in an incredible location with a beautiful view of the Statue of Liberty.
Cons
A restructuring to align with our parent company has resulted in changes to the organization. I am only now seeing strategies that seem like it could get Olapic to world class status.
