Promotion is amongst very few.

Great family oriented company. When life inevitably gets in the way, my managers and senior managers have been nothing but supportive. A steady personal life translates to a better work environment for everyone, and that is absolutely true here. There is a strong sense of camaraderie as well, easing those days when it seems like there are nothing but fires to put out– you definitely feel grateful that your coworkers are willing to go out of their way to push the ship forward too.

The company can feel like it is comprised of islands with each department operating on their own procedures and leadership. Depending on who you work with, your experience with the company may be completely different. There are also very few companywide procedures and new employees are frequently left to their own devices which only adds to the confusion. Luckily, there are a lot of employees here who have been with the company 15-20+ years and if you keep an open mind, it can turn into rewarding ownership of your work product.
