      Pros

      There is nothing here—they don’t have any business, and there is no job security. Before joining Omega, I thought I would get growth opportunities, but the company itself doesn’t have any business. This was confirmed to me by stakeholders. Since they lack business, they are placing employees on the bench and then removing them. They keep saying, "You'll get an opportunity," but in reality, they remove you within two months. As a Team Lead, even my job is at risk, FYI I joined Omega in Nov 2024 and they within 4 months they kept me on bench. Welcome to Omega Healthcare.

      Cons

      There are a lot of issues. There is no clear communication between HR and employees. They claim that employees can directly connect with the CHRO through Amber, but even he doesn’t take any action. No projects / no business Unequal treatment False promises Poor management Worst HR's HR will contact someone else, who is working from quite long time to get the HR related information or to passon the information to your team, but they will not directly contact you for your team. Welcome to Omega healthcare. Do not join this company at the Team Lead level or above if you care about your career.
