A lot. 1. No professionalism. 2.Give much importance to personal relations. I mean if you r good to your boss, u will get the promotion, extra authority, extra hike. 3. Old employees who are working from long and who maintained good personal relationship with the boss/management, are favourites. No matter whether they work or not. 4. Salary delay. Dont think of ur variables that u gonna get it. These are only some cons. If i get a topic for essay, I would write almost 10 pages:).
